You may want to meditate and still feel that your mind is too busy. There are tasks to remember, people to worry about and thoughts that keep returning. You can come as you are. We begin with the person you are that day and everything you are carrying.

A voice accompanies you
In Divine meditations I guide you through words, breathing, inner imagery and moments of quiet. Each meeting has a theme, such as peace, gratitude, connection with yourself or a new beginning. The words invite you to notice and feel at your own pace.
My connection with the divine is part of this guidance. My meditations often carry the intimacy of prayer and the warmth of a conversation with the soul. I bring intention, experience and presence to the journey I create for the group.
When your attention wanders
If you notice yourself planning tomorrow, return gently to my voice or your breathing. You do not need previous experience. A personal question may accompany you: “What do I need now?” or “How can I make room for myself?” The shared theme guides the group, while the meaning you find is your own.
A corner of home becomes your time
Choose somewhere comfortable, where you can hear clearly and remain undisturbed. Keep some water nearby and leave a few quiet minutes afterward. Listen when you can rest safely and give the experience your attention.
What stays with you
It may be a phrase, an emotion you understand more clearly or a feeling of having more room to breathe. Write down what spoke to you. Participants in the live meeting have access to its recording for the following 30 days, to revisit the practice. I welcome you with whatever is present for you now.
