Divine Words From God · Dr. Cristina Toader

One part of you wants to take a step. Another whispers: “I’m not ready”, “I’ll disappoint someone”, “I have to manage alone”. In a ThetaHealing session, we make room for both and listen to what lies beneath those words.

I am Cristina. I bring experience across several methods, intuition and my connection with the divine to our meeting. I listen to your story and adapt the questions, pace and spiritual work to what you are experiencing. I want you to find the warmth from which deeper understanding can begin.

A little time to meet yourself with kindness and explore another possibility.

Let’s talk about what you are experiencing
ThetaHealing – beliefs, self-awareness and personal growth, Divine Words
When you know what you want, yet something holds you back

Perhaps you say yes when you need rest. Perhaps you downplay your work when it is time to name its price. Or someone offers affection and, instead of enjoying it, you wonder how long it will last. These are examples of experiences we can explore: moments when your wishes and the story you tell yourself seem to pull in different directions.

ThetaHealing offers a spiritual setting for exploring those beliefs. The intention is to understand what keeps you in a pattern and discover how you would like to relate to yourself, other people and your life.

What actually happens in a session?

We begin with a real moment. “I find it hard to ask for help” might become “Yesterday I was exhausted and still said I would take care of everything”. Questions gently deepen the conversation: what did you feel? What would asking have meant to you? What were you afraid might happen?

Within ThetaHealing, belief exploration is accompanied by a meditative practice and spiritual connection with the Creator of All That Is. With your permission, we work with the intention of releasing a limiting belief and opening to a different perspective. You remain present in the conversation and can speak, ask questions and describe your experience.

I guide this part of the meeting. You can tell me what you feel, spend a little time in quiet or return to a question that touched you. The words “I am not enough” may open a story about a relationship or how you learned to prove your worth. This gives our personal work a starting point.

From “I must carry everything” to “I can receive support”

Imagine saying “I can handle it alone” while wishing someone would stand beside you. I might ask, “What would needing help mean about you?”. If your answer is “I would be weak”, we have a thread to explore. We work with the intention of making room for another experience: being capable and receiving support.

In my experience, people value the peace, clarity and understanding they take with them. An answer may emerge as a need you recognise, a boundary or a choice that begins to make sense. We spend time with it together. What would you like to express differently in a relationship? What have you understood about your concerns for your child? What step at work matters to you now?
