Personalised programmes

For times when you have many questions and find it hard to choose where to begin. Across 4 individual sessions, we start with a theme that matters to you, explore what holds you back and clarify your options and next steps. Sessions are tailored to your needs.

For situations that seem to repeat in relationships, decisions or work. The 6 individual sessions offer space to explore the beliefs and reactions surrounding these situations, notice your needs and consider different ways to respond. We work at your pace, starting with concrete experiences.

For periods when you feel a need for change but your direction is still unclear. Across 8 individual sessions, we explore your goals, beliefs and choices. There is time to return to questions that arise between sessions and consider suitable steps in your personal or professional life.

For people who want ongoing exploration of personal, relationship or professional themes. The 10 individual sessions allow us to revisit important situations and adapt our work as new questions arise. We begin with what matters to you and follow a pace suited to your needs.

For people seeking a broader programme of self-discovery and individual guidance. The 12 sessions provide time for interconnected themes, reflection and revisiting your choices. We agree on the focus together and adapt it as your priorities become clearer.
