How do I book a session or workshop?
For an individual session, view the services and prices, choose your format and follow the booking steps. For a workshop or retreat, open the event to see its date, location and booking options.

Registration is very simple and friendly: You can send me a direct message on WhatsApp (0758 010 001), on social media or fill in the form on the website. After your message, you receive confirmation of your place, organizational details (date, time, location or online link) and all the information you need to participate. The first step, however, is not the formality, but your inner decision to say ‘YES’ to this journey. The rest flows naturally.
How long is a My Dreams Way session?
Individual My Dreams Way session — generally lasts between 1 and 2 hours, enough for your desire to take shape and for you to receive the guidance you need.
Group session (up to 6 people) — averages 3 hours, but may be a little longer, because each participant receives space and answers.

We start with a concrete situation: a relationship, a family issue, an important decision, work or a need to reconnect with yourself. We choose the tools together and explore steps that fit your circumstances.
