When I facilitate a workshop, I pay attention both to each person's wish and to how people meet within the group. A question voiced by one participant can open an understanding in another story. I make room for you to take part in your own way and connect the experience with your personal or professional life.
A Space Created for You
Crafted according to what you need in the present moment.
In the group, everyone brings what matters to them. I explain the active participant and avatar roles, then guide the journey and the questions that arise. Images can bring different perspectives on relationships, gifts or professional choices. I help you connect what touches you with your own wish.
You may hear someone speak about the courage to ask for help and recognise your own tiredness. Or a question about work may reveal how important freedom is to you. The workshop offers room to receive these echoes and decide what they mean in your story.
You can join as an active participant or in the avatar role, depending on the format chosen. I explain the roles, and there is room to speak, listen and observe. A meeting can hold laughter, quiet and moments when someone else finds words that resonate with you.
How the Experience Unfolds
Opening the Heart
You settle into the space with your desire or your question. The facilitator’s gentle guidance creates a safe container for your inner exploration.
Formulating Your Desire
We refine your desire so it comes from your authentic heart — not as a label or a role, but as a living experience. When you are well, everyone around you is well too.
The Journey on the Board
You travel through the essential areas of your life — gifts, relationships, body, career, spirituality — receiving questions, revelations, emotional releases, and connection with your authentic self.
Integration & Conclusion
You receive the 5 symbolic feathers, the Lucky Card, and clear action steps. You leave with inner peace, direction, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Active Participant
Work with your own question or desire as the facilitator guides you through the game. This role gives you space to explore your situation directly and reflect on possible next steps.

You take part directly in the guided transformational process, walking step by step through the stages of working with your own desire. You are guided to clarify your intention, consciously explore your blockages, and explore personal insights and identify the next steps that feel right for you.
Energetic Avatar
Join the group in a supporting role while another participant explores their question. Observe the process, take part as guided by the facilitator and reflect on what resonates with you.

Though not actively participating in the main exercises, the Avatar has a deep and subtle role — connecting energetically to another participant’s desire, functioning as an energetic channel and subtle mirror. You receive your own messages, clarifications, and personal realizations as the energy of the work propagates through the entire group field.
