Perhaps the message speaks about receiving, and you tell me, ‘I give so much, but when someone offers to help me, I pull away.’ We can begin with what happens in your everyday life. Is it difficult to ask for time for yourself? Do you feel you will owe something in return? Are you afraid that expressing a need will burden someone you love? My questions follow your answers.
I share the intuitive meaning of the message I created through my connection with the divine, and listen to how you meet it. There is room for emotion, curiosity and anything you want us to clarify. A passage that seems distant at first can become the starting point for an honest conversation about what matters to you.
From a word to a situation you recognise
Take confidence, for example. In your life, it might relate to a project you want to present, returning to work after a break, or a new relationship. We give your situation time: what do you want, what holds you back, and what support would help? The guidance takes on words and details that belong to your experience.
For me, this hour is an important part of the experience. I can adapt how I accompany you, drawing on the methods I know and paying attention to your openness to spiritual work. Towards the end, we return to what you want to take with you. It may be a clearer answer, a wish you now recognise, or a conversation you feel ready to begin.
Room for what touched you and what needs explaining
During integration, I want to hear where you felt a connection and where you need more explanation. If the message speaks about receiving, we can explore how you respond when someone offers help. I shape my questions around your responses. What you have read then meets a situation you know and a possibility you want to understand.
